- Staff Headcount  < 20
- Turnover ≤ 3M €
- Years of existence: maximum 5

SMEs:

Criteria to register as an SME:

- IVD and/or MD manufacturers and/or distributors only
- Staff headcount < 250
- Turnover ≤ 50M €
